If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product or a refund to the original payment method. Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted/Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
Send an email requesting for return or exchange to email@example.com indicating the product code and the reason for the request. This will help us improve your next experience with us
- Send all items back to us in its original packaging.
- Kindly allow us 10-15 days to process refund and store credit.
- Please note that all shipping charges incurred will be of your responsibility
- We make our garments to order with your specific measurements. Should you decide to return a product, we charge a small Zero Waste Fee ($40 per item) which will be deducted from your full refund. We don’t build inventory into our up front pricing to offer you the lowest rate possible for made-to-order clothing.
